Eren is credentialed with the following insurance companies:

• Lyra EAP

Your rate with insurance will be dependent on your plan's coverage. Eren utilizes Alma and Headway for her insurance billing, so after your intake call, you will receive a link to one of these companies to confirm your benefits.

If your insurance company is not listed, you can reach out to your insurance about out-of-network benefits, which may provide reimbursement for a portion of your payment. Eren can provide you with a superbill if you choose to pursue out of network reimbursement.
