Welcome! I’m Eren—an experienced & compassionate therapist based in Flower Mound, Texas. I have been helping people cope with life transitions, anxiety, & trauma for over 20 years. My desire is to work collaboratively with you to navigate the struggles that life has placed in your path, helping you to reach the goals you want to achieve and enabling you to know and love yourself better. I am down to earth, non-judgmental, and am here to be a source of support through difficult and challenging times.

01 Life transitions
Have you ever been going about your day, and all of a sudden, life throws something at you that you never saw coming? Whether it’s a relationship beginning or ending, a new baby or an empty nest, a loss, reaching a milestone age, or another challenging circumstance, it can help to have someone walk alongside you as you regain your footing in this next phase of life.
02 Anxiety
Anxiety shows up in different ways - whether it’s staring at the ceiling at 3:00 am, a pounding heart in the middle of the day, or a mind that just won’t stop racing - we all want our brains to settle down and let us breathe. What this entails varies person to person, so we will develop strategies tailored to help you feel more in control of your life and your emotions.
03 trauma
Trauma is a word that carries so much weight, but it is really any circumstance a person experiences that overwhelms the system and makes it difficult to move past. Through the use of evidence-based treatments like EMDR, IFS, and CBT, we can work together to make strides in resolving past stressors so you can finally let them go.

Now the work begins! I take a very collaborative approach to counseling - I want to know what changes you are wanting to see, and we will develop a plan to move you in that direction. I am experienced in a variety of modalities, as counseling is not one-size-fits-all. Based on your presenting concerns, your personality, and your goals, we will choose a course of treatment specifically tailored to you.
