I have been an approved LPC supervisor since 2009, guiding two dozen associates through the process from recent graduate to competent counselor. I see it as a privilege to train the next generation in the field, and I work hard to help you become the clinician you are meant to be. We all have unique strengths and personalities that we bring to the profession, and I strive to help you identify these and use them to best serve your clients.

With decades of supervising in a variety of settings, including community mental health, private practice, hospital & PHP/IOP, substance abuse, and school settings, I am competent in providing oversight for a range of sites. I make myself available outside of scheduled supervision time to address any emergency concerns, and I work to provide you with training that is grounded in ethical practices, solid counseling skills, and instilling the competence and confidence you need to positively impact your clients’ lives.

I truly believe being a counselor is the best job there is -watching the growth that is possible in people, getting the honor to bear witness to their pain, and being a part of their healing journey is truly a gift. I am extremely passionate about this field, and I am excited that you are wanting to join us in this important work!

Texas LPC Supervision requires a minimum of 4 hours of supervision per month. Supervision rates are:

$80 / hour for individual supervision

$60 / hour for group supervision
